Bookings are binding. Refunds are only issued if a charge was made in error, if the renter provides a medical certificate showing they were prevented from using their booking due to illness, or if the rental operator determines that weather conditions do not permit safe paddling. Free rebooking is available for individual customers and is done by the customer using the link found in the booking confirmation.
Special terms for group bookings, weekdays off-season
Advance booking with invoicing is available up to 7 days before the rental date, but only on weekdays during the off-season. The minimum invoiced amount is SEK 2,000. Bookings are made on the website and the invoice is sent to the provided email address. E-invoicing is available. The person making the booking bears personal payment responsibility until the invoice has been paid.
For group bookings, the organiser must ensure that a responsible person is present.
Allow approximately 10 minutes plus 30 seconds per participant for collecting and returning equipment.
Changes to a booking may be possible in exceptional cases, provided this does not inconvenience the rental operator.
Interest at the Riksbank reference rate plus eight percentage points will be charged on late payments. A reminder fee of SEK 50 is charged per reminder. Debt collection costs will be added if the matter must be referred to a collection agency. Please note that Näsets Paddlarklubb is a non-profit sports association and that any extra handling of invoices creates unnecessary additional work for our unpaid volunteers.
The person making the booking is responsible for any delays, damages or losses arising in connection with the booked trip.
